TL DR : In the installation guide for Darnified UI on has the paths for the fonts wrong, which will cause game crash at startup if copy pasted as is. Available for Vanilla F3, DarNified UI, Unofficial Patch and Wanderer's Edition. The link on the bethsoft server took my to a server called ui. and there seems to be no way for me to get an access to this server - password protected with no ability to join. Either the mod is installed and effects nothing or I get it installed and you can see it's installed but you can't use its in-game menu. Well in the past the mod has always worked without a problem but now I can't get it running. SFontFile_2=Textures\Fonts\DarN_FranKleinBold_16.fnt I've recently tried to play Fallout 3 again and an old mod that I always have ran is Darnified UI. They're missing the slash "/" between sub-directories, so keep an eye for that.
It took me a good part of an hour to figure out that in the mod description, the paths to the fonts are all messed up. Anyways, when I installed it My game stopped working and started crashing at startup. One of the mods I installed was Darnified UI (Great mod by the way, ever since I used it the first time, I can never play without it) I used Vortex to load the mod but had to edit the fonts in the ini manually cause the fomod didn't for some reason. I've been feeling like replaying Fallout 3 lately, so I decided to install it and mod it today to get it ready.
